Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to begin. You can cancel at any time during the trial.
No. All plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
On Solo and Practice plans you can top up with add-on query bundles, or upgrade to a higher plan. Firm plan includes unlimited queries.
Queries are calculated per seat but pooled across the firm. A 3-seat Practice plan gets 3 × 150 = 450 queries per month, shared between team members. Some users may run more queries than others; only the firm-wide total counts toward the limit. Add-on bundles top up the same shared pool.
No. Each seat is for one named user. Client Hub is shared across the firm, so the whole team can collaborate on client files within your plan's client limit.
Client Hub stores client profiles, documents and conversation history at the firm level. An Admin user grants each team member access to specific clients, so juniors and partners see only the clients they should. Clients can be reassigned or revoked at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply from the next billing cycle and we prorate where applicable.
We do not use your data or queries to train our AI models. To generate responses, queries are sent to OpenAI, which may use that data to train their models. We have implemented controls so that sensitive client data is not transmitted to OpenAI. Full data processing terms are available on request.
No. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is charged at the UK standard rate of 20%.
