SUB-PROCESSORS

This page lists the sub-processors that GLOBE AI NEURAL TAX LTD (GAIN Tax) has engaged, in accordance with the GAIN Tax Data Processing Agreement (DPA), to carry out processing of Customer Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) on behalf of our customers.


We impose data protection obligations on each sub-processor that are materially equivalent to those in our DPA, including confidentiality, security and restrictions on onward transfers, and we remain fully liable for their performance.

We will update this page at least 30 days before engaging a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one, and will notify account holders by email or in-product notice. If you object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds, contact us at support@gaintax.co.uk within 30 days of the notice. Please refer to your DPA for the objection process.

Service Providers That Are Not Sub-processors

Some providers process only data for which GAIN Tax is the controller, such as account, billing and communication data. They do not process Customer Personal Data and are therefore not sub-processors under the DPA. These include our payment processor (Stripe), business email and document collaboration (Google Workspace), transactional and marketing email delivery (Mailgun), scheduling (Calendly), and website analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). They are listed in our Privacy Policy at https://gaintax.co.uk/privacy-policy.
